ABOUT ME

I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the State University of New York at Buffalo. I am broadly interested in research on Motivation, Judgment and Decision Making, and Consumer Behavior. My work has examined pro-social behavior, motivation and self-control, choice architectures, and cognitive biases. I completed my Ph.D. in Marketing (with a minor in Economics) from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. In my past life, I was a Computer Science Engineer and worked at Oracle for most of my IT career. Beyond work, I like Music, Meditation, Biking, and DIY projects.
